Made with tarnish resistant argentium silver, these butterfly backs are compatible with all post earrings at MWFJ and any earring post that measures .8mm thick. For heavy earrings, we recommend contacting MWFJ for a heavier butterfly ear back.

Care

Wearing your jewelry frequently will help prevent tarnish as the natural oils from your skin create a protective barrier. Please remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering/swimming (hot tubs, pools, ocean, lakes, etc.), when applying any lotions/sprays/products to the body, or when jewelry may come in contact with any chemicals or cleaners. Store in a cool, dry place in a dedicated box or bag. Storing jewelry separately avoids pieces rubbing against each other which may affect the finish of your jewelry.
